使用Eclipse Mars CDT进行JTag调试：“程序文件不存在”

我已经成功编译了一个ARM嵌入式项目，已经创建了下一个文件：

MyProject.elf
MyProject.bin
MyProject.hex
MyProject.map
MyProjectmd5.bin

然后我将转到Run -> Debug Configurations -> GDB SEGGER J-Link Debugging -> New -> Debug，但出现错误：

 Program file does not exist

用于ARM的GCC编译器：https://launchpad.net/gcc-arm-embedded

使用的ARM Eclipse插件：http://gnuarmeclipse.livius.net/blog/
