Adobe公司宣布在2020年12月31日之后不再支持Flash Player，并且从2021年1月12日开始禁止Flash内容在Flash Player中运行，使用者无法通过原有Flash Player播放任何Flash内容。因此Adobe强烈建议所有用户立即卸载Flash Player以帮助保护其系统。

对于Oracle而言，19c之前版本（如18c,12c等）的EM Express（主要提供数据库的监视）中使用了Adobe Flash功能，所以在2021年1月12日以后使用了Flash功能的EM Express将无法使用。
解决方法：
为了解决这个问题在Oracle 19c中使用了JET（JavaScript Extension Toolkit）技术，所以如果如果还想继续使用EM Express功能来监视数据库的话，需要升级数据库到19c或者使用其他的监视工具（如EM Cloud Control等）。
另外，也可以尝试降低Flash版本（非官方）作为暂时回避方法。
